By downloading or using Gamzox, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Service description
Gamzox helps you discover and open casual games and related content. Some experiences are provided by third parties and may require an internet connection.
3. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements that apply in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, violate applicable laws, or circumvent security or technical limits.
5. Intellectual property
Gamzox branding and original UI materials are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party games, names, and marks belong to their owners.
6. Advertisements
The App may display third-party advertisements. Ad delivery and related data practices are subject to the ad provider’s policies and your device settings.
7. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
9. Termination
We may suspend or discontinue the App or any part of it where reasonably necessary.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Syntax Software House in its home jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer protections in your country may still apply where they cannot be waived.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The updated “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
