1. Who we are

Syntax Software House (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Gamzox mobile application (“Gamzox”, “the App”) for iOS and Android.

2. Accounts

Gamzox does not require you to create a user account. There is no sign-in flow inside the App for general browsing and play.

3. Information collected and why

3.1 When the App talks to our servers (HTTPS)

When you use features that load online content (for example game lists, banners, ads configuration, or device registration), our systems receive typical technical data involved in an internet request. This commonly includes your IP address, timestamps, and requested endpoints. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the service.

3.2 Device registration (non-blocking)

On supported devices, the App may send a one-time or occasional registration payload to our backend containing: platform (iOS/Android), a device identifier (on Android: an Android device identifier provided by the OS/SDK; on iOS: Apple’s Identifier for Vendor where available), a simple device name/model label, and OS version. We use this for basic anti-abuse, reliability, and operational statistics. If registration fails, the App is designed to continue.

3.3 Data stored only on your device (local storage)

Certain features store information locally on your device (for example favorites, recents, and cached lists) using on-device storage. This local data is not tied to a Gamzox user account because we do not offer accounts in the App. It remains on your device unless you clear it or uninstall the App.

3.4 Games opened inside the App

Some games load inside an in-app browser view (WebView). Those experiences are provided by third parties and may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies under their own rules. Their practices are not controlled by this Policy.

3.5 Advertising (Google Mobile Ads)

The App may show ads using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google may collect or use identifiers and usage-related data to deliver and measure ads, consistent with Google’s policies and your device settings. On iOS, if an SDK requests cross-app tracking, Apple may show the App Tracking Transparency prompt where applicable.

3.6 Support email

If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message so we can respond.

4. Legal bases and rights

Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we process personal data as needed to provide the App, for legitimate interests (security and service improvement), and where required for compliance. Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. Contact us using the email below.

5. Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us host and operate the App, and with advertising partners (such as Google) as needed to show ads. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Sale of personal information

We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising partners may process data under their own policies for ad delivery and measurement.

7. Retention

We retain server-side information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and as required by law. Local on-device data remains until you remove it or uninstall the App.

8. Children

Gamzox is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. International processing

Your information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate, as permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
